As a guest here, you have access to the entire home. You can use all of the rooms and all the amenities, including the stackable washer and dryer, coffee bar, wet bar and wine cellar, high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen and bathroom essentials, books, board games, and helpful information about the local area. From here you're just minutes from local grocery stores, beach boutiques, spas, salons, waterfront restaurants, and Ocean City's vibrant nightlife scene. You’ll also have exclusive access to resort amenities, including the indoor heated pool, Tiki Bar and grill area, outdoor pool, sauna, and private beach. You will be assigned two parking spaces in the covered garage and given a unique code to access the lockbox on the front door.

Neighborhood
Ideally located at 98th Street, you're right on the beach with unobstructed views from the 11th floor of the ocean and beach below. On-site you'll find fine dining at the Jungle Restaurant as well as seasonal casual dining and fantastic drinks at the outdoor Jungle Bar with an ocean view. In walking distance, you'll find some of Ocean City's best fine dining (Liquid Assets is a 5 minute walk and The Hobbit is roughly a 15 minute walk away), in addition to other great restaurants, the Acme grocery store, and great local bars and fantastic dining options.
Transit
2 on-site parking spots are included with your stay (subject to the Plaza's $65 weekly guest registration fee from May 1st - October 31st). Everything you need is within walking distance (great restaurants, bars, RiteAid, and Acme grocery and there's an cost-effective and well-serviced bus route that will take you anywhere from the Downtown Inlet to the Delaware State Line.

No smoking, no pets. Guest Building Registration fee of $80 is required upon check-in. payable from May 1st through October 31st, includes parking for two vehicles. My wife and I had an incredible weeklong stay here. The ocean views from the living room and primary bedroom were epic. The apartment is spacious and had comfortable furniture. The kitchen was super for cooking meals and had lots of counter space. We went off season so the entire place was really quiet and private. The building is located across from an Acme supermarket, so that was convenient. The only thing is to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, and that wasn't provided.

Wow. The view. We saw dolphins each morning! Comfortable beds and couch. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Loved the high top chairs to sit and look out at the water. Restaurants and shopping are across the street & the indoor pool was being used by other guests. A great trip!

This was the trip we needed to recharge. The view of the ocean and bay from this condo is amazing. It was great to wake up to the waves every morning. The condo is very clean. The bed and pillows in the master bedroom were great. We both slept soundly. They thought of everything for this condo. There’s even hair dryers and a keurig. Being in OC during the off-season was great as well. We walked the boardwalk and it was nice that it wasn’t crowded. Everything was within a stones throw as far as food shopping. Everybody needs a good spot to go but this is an excellent one. If you want to elevate your life come to this spot. We would rate this place a 10 and hope to make this a yearly trip. This beautiful condo with ocean-front views was perfect for an off-season getaway. We loved cooking in the well-appointed kitchen. Everything was very clean and well-maintained with lots of thoughtful touches. The unit has nice interior design details and great storage/closets. The hosts were very responsive to questions in the app, and the on-site security staff were also friendly and helpful. It was great to have direct access to the beach as well as 24/7 access to an indoor lap pool and hot tub. Convenient free parking and valet carts for luggage made it easy to move in and out. The private WIFI signal in our unite was strong, and the TV included access to multiple streaming platforms. There's also a desk and professional office chair for remote work, if you can tear yourself away from watching the waves rolls in. We’ll be back!

We loved staying at the condo. It was beautiful inside, excellent view, perfecting for watching the sunrise from nearly anywhere in the condo. Kitchen was well-stocked. We stayed in November and the heated outdoor and indoor pools gave the kids something to do when they got too chilly on the beach. We can’t wait to go back.

Only hiccup was problem with the lock (keypad didn’t work and spare key not in lock box), but the owners were very responsive to help with this. Front desk person was super helpful getting an extra key made for us. Condo was just as described, super kitchen, very nice decor, comfy beds, plenty of towels, great location and prime ocean front view! What more could you ask for? Very relaxing 5 day stay.

Great place! Great location Updated kitchen fridge, microwave and oven Spacious and has all needed kitchen equipments including sandwich press, coffeemaker, toaster, and electric kettle Small note on coffeemaker pot; seemed old and would get a clean new one Beds were OK! First night, master room mattress was horrible but I found out the bed has a missing bat underneath. I texted the host and they sent a repair man same day and took care of it Was Much better the rest of the stay! I didn’t like the 10 am checkout time! Very hard to be out the door by 10 when you have a family with kids! You will Have to wake up pretty early and no time to make breakfast. We actually ended up leaving late evening the night before the check out date Over all great place and would recommend

Mohammad left our place a complete mess. There was trash everywhere and someone had vomited multiple times and they just left it. It took our cleaner twice as long to clean the unit. We will not be hosting him again and do not recommend him to other guests.
